Please read before you pay I did not and I end up wasting my money. They promised 24 hours delivery BUT after you send all documents and meet the passport officer..... Officer did not even accept their document and said " we don't deal with them " I paid additional 45 $ and got the passport next day , their phone support is too bad I hold for 56 min then they cut me off , after so many attempts they state ( it is 24 hours from the time we revive the documents".

For some reason I figured the business of expediting a passport would be shady and I did not have high hopes of a positive experience. I guess I figured ; when a service provider knows you are desperate (like needing to renew a passport for a surf trip that is 8 days away)...I was expecting lackluster service and was doubtful they would even make my deadline. But I had no other option. Boy was I wrong...And, for once in my life, I know I chose the right company for the job! Not only was the customers service friendly, fast and successful, I did not get treated like a number. I was assigned a rep and she was TOO good. Responsive, courteous, and highly professional. I got my passport in 4 days! Totally legit. Then, to really ice the cake, my account was double billed by the US Dept of Treasury. Passport Express stepped up to the plate, realized what had happened and did what they needed to do get me my money back. UNREAL,,,when does that ever happen these days? Needless to write, I was more then happy with the way they handled my account...and beyond. In about ten years I am sure I will need another emergency renewal. And guess who I will call? And you what? I bet you $1000 they will still be in business. Because when you do what say and treat people like you want to be treated, your business will grow and be around for a long time. Craziest part about this story....a day before my trip, I blew out my left knee and couldnt even go. Imagine how pissed I would have been to have blown out my knee and been raked over the coals for renewing a passport I didn't need. Thanks!,,,,

I worked with Janessa, and I couldn't be happier. I was in a crunch going to Canada, and Janessa got me my Passport within days of my Trip!! I would recommend Express Passport to anyone!!! Janessa, was so Patient and understanding. She went above and beyond of anything I could ask for!!!

I did the two day service and worked great. We are now able to go on out vacation and won't be delayed. The one suggestion I would give is when people pay the $299 for the quickest service is to make sure to update the customer 2-3 times per day so they know any changes to their schedule they need to make.

I had 30 days until my passport expired. I got my new passport in 11 days without the premium express service. No problems, no delays Excellent turnaround.

My husband and I learned this past Monday (with shock) that the expiration date on our Passports was too close to our scheduled departure date on Tuesday. After our initial panic, we rescheduled our flights for one week later, and contacted ExpressPassport.Com. Marion was very helpful and responsive. We carefully followed her instructions, and shipped all required documents and new Passport pictures per FEDEX Priority Overnight on Tuesday. We signed up for 1-3 day delivery and, are extremely happy to say, that FEDEX just delivered our new Passports today Friday. All along, Marion always responded quickly to our e-mail questions/concerns. It was not as easy to reach her phone, but e-mail worked for us. Thank you Marion. Wilma Cross and Walter Petrovich

Janessa at expresspassort.com was excellent. She was very patient explaining everything on the phone and made it very easy. I sent my paperwork in on Thursday and I received my passport back on Tuesday. I could not have expected anything faster than that. I was very impressed and would highly recommend her services!

I had a last minute trip to go to China and in the process of obtaining my Visa I realized that my passport needed to be renewed. I called to get an appointment with the closest passport renewal center through the State Department and the quickest they could get me an appointment was almost 2 weeks out and after my departure date :(. I found Express Passport online and called to inquire about the process and timing and the girl on the other end of the line was really helpful and super responsive. I got my passport renewed same day! Unreal. Not sure what their connection is to get someone in the State Dept. office and get stuff turned so quick but it's worth the money when you are in a rush!
