Avoid Express Movers Express Movers was assigned to my move through Titan Moving Group, and the experience has been absolutely terrible. I have been waiting two months for my household goods, and the company has been consistently unresponsive. They have repeatedly given delivery dates and timeframes that were not honored, and I have been misled over and over again about when my belongings would arrive. When I call trying to get basic information or access to my own property, the employees sound irritated, dismissive, and unwilling to help. This has been one of the worst moving experiences I have ever had. The lack of communication, repeated broken promises, and treatment from staff have made an already stressful situation much worse. I would not recommend Express Movers to anyone. I would only recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Just called "customer service" and talked to Jose who is in the running for top prize on "Worst Customer Service Representative in the World." Immediately raised his voice and started yelling at me. When I calmly asked him to lower his voice he hung up on me! I immediately called back and confronted him about hanging up on me and had to ask him 2 more times to lower his voice. Asked to speak to his supervisor and got the "I am the supervisor" lie. I said, "I want to talk to the person who signs your paycheck." And he told me that no one signs his paycheck. All around unacceptable, uncompassionate, unprofessional service. If this is the kind of person that you hire to manage your customer service, you probably should not be in business.

Overpriced | CA$5,000+ Be careful all I could say they do not stand behind there word just some brokers looking to make a buck! They send a cheapy company to move your stuff and charge many extra fees for everything that was included in the original contract. Be aware a move is stressful as is take this company if u want to add more stress.

The company has taken my belongings and will not return my calls so I can pick up the items. It has been 2 months and I am unable to retrieve my belongings.

Worst moving experience I have ever experienced! I was originally quoted $6000 to move from NJ to MO, 3 days before my initial pickup, the quote tripled after giving them a complete inventory of number of boxes. Day of pickup, which was a day later, I was informed that my items were bulky and they added an additional 1000 cubic feet to my load which wound up costing me an additional $4k+! At this point you’re stuck, I had to write out a check for 75% of the cost and told that I would need an additional $4300 at the time of delivery and it must be money order, cash, or cashiers check. They picked up on 6/21 and I gave a first delivery date of 7/2. I called on 7/3 and was told at that time that my stuff could be held for 30 days so that they could consolidate it with other loads that may be heading west. This was not explained when I booked them, I was under the impression that the 30 days would be local storage at delivery location if more time was needed to secure a place, this is not the case. Communication , there is none, and I’ve been told multiple times that my stuff has been picked up and to expect it in 4-6 days, here it is 7/24 and still nothing. I was also informed that they would contact me when the stuff was picked up, never happened. For the price that I will end up paying over $24k I think that I paid enough for that trailer to be delivered on time as expected. I guess my first mistake was to go through a broker (Brightside) and then getting stuck with this terrible moving company. Do your research before dealing with shady businesses like this, lesson learned the hard way. Reading these reviews now, I am not expecting a very good experience when they finally show to deliver, if they ever do. All they do is drain your savings and there’s not much you can do since it’s all last minute at the time of the move and you need to be out of your current place on a certain date and can’t shop around for a better deal at that time on a limited schedule and would lose your deposit. Moving is stressful enough and this just adds more stress to make you sick. We have been living in our new place for almost a month sleeping on air mattresses and having to purchase things from FB Marketplace to make due until our stuff arrives.

RUN! As fast as you can away from this scam of a company. Can I give ZERO STARS? An absolute disgrace. GUILTY of manipulating prices, overcharging, hidden fees and lying. Our experience involved substantial property damage, poor handling of belongings, non existent communication regarding delivery logistics and fees. Our delivery driver displayed conduct nothing short of a criminal; including demeaning, argumentative, aggressive and manipulative tactics while withholding our belongings on delivery day May 17, 2026. If you’re into lying, hidden fees and being left with no options after they have taken your belongings hostage, then this is the company for you, otherwise, RUN.

I asked Express Movers Services for a price and they have made the booking process very simple for me. The team arrived on time and was punctual for the moving day, and was efficient

performed my move as per the planned date, and the crew was throughout me with updates. They were careful in handling my items, and they responded to my questions prior to loading.
