The office manager was helpful
The office manager was helpful, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. The movers completed the job and handled our belongings safely overall. However, communication during the move could have been better, as they seemed somewhat unreceptive to suggestions and directions at times. Packing and organization could also have been more thoughtful. While there were some positive aspects to the experience, there is room for improvement in customer interaction and attention to detail.
