This moving service hired two men off Craigslist the day of my move to “assist” with unloading our belongings. When I questioned (last name) Lorenzo about this, he attempted to gaslight me. The male co-worker inside the bed of the truck, Ishmael, interjected and told me to mind my own business (in a very vulgar way), followed by telling me to “suck my…” The hatred exuded in his tone was palpable. The fact that he even dared to yell at me in front of his “boss” leads me to believe he's done it before without consequence. This company placed an ad on Craigslist and allowed them into my home unsupervised. Lorenzo had groceries delivered and addressed me while he was shirtless. This was the most unprofessional crew I have ever dealt with. I am appalled.

I used Express Movers Services Inc. for an interstate move in March 2026. My original estimate was approximately $2,930, but ultimately I was asked to pay $10,502.24. Additional charges were assessed for stairs, bulky items, boxes, packing and other services that were not reflected or clearly disclosed in my original estimate. Most concerning, my shipment was billed at 1,200 cubic feet, although it was delivered in a truck whose published maximum cargo capacity was approximately 763 cubic feet. During settlement discussions, Brightside Moving Group informed me in writing that Express Movers had agreed to a $1,000 goodwill contribution. Brightside separately offered $500 and paid it. I contacted Express Movers directly on August 4 and again on August 18 regarding its previously communicated contribution, but received no response. The Arizona Attorney General's Office also informed me that it had made numerous attempts to contact Express Moving Service regarding my complaint but was unable to obtain a response. Based on my experience, I recommend that customers carefully document the estimate, shipment volume, additional fees, final charges, and all communications before using this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE. If you book a move through a broker, specifically ask them not to use express movers services for your move. This is the most terrible service I’ve received on anything in a really long time. Extra hidden fees, delays, no transparency, poor assembly, missing pieces even though the driver was nice. Don’t bother calling their customer service, they do not answer the phone, if by some miracle you get through they will put you on hold and then not answer your question at the end of it all. Contrary to their home page they do not care about customer satisfaction. They should be absolutely looked at by the FTC or somebody for the fine print scamming they do.

their estimate was easy and arranging the moving date was easy. The moving company was courteous, efficient and managed to do their work without rushing. In all, it was a good experience.

Do NOT hire this company. We were basically robbed. They arrived, tripled the amount we have to pay thru paypal?, or they would leave - completely backed us into a corner. The move was from CT to FL; they did NOT keep our belongings in a temperature controlled environment, as promised. We are missing so many things and there was a lot of damage. Even the movers on this end (FL) told us to take pictures as we were going to have to file a claim. Lets talk about when they FINALLY arrived in FL, again backed us into a corner. Called me into the kitchen and told me if I don't sign off on the documents, then they couldn't unload truck. My mistake as I basically was saying that I rec'd everything - don't trust their fine print. We lost thousands w this company. DON'T HIRE THEM.

Customer beware... We hired Titan Moving to help us move from NY to FL. Titan brokered us out to Express Movers who has a 1.9 Rating out of 5 stars online. This experience has been horrible. I would give them a negative rating, if it was an option. Not only did Express double my fee when they came to pick up the items we were moving to FL, they demanded cash and instead of 50% of the balance, demanded 80%. My wife and I had to run to the bank twice to get cash. You have no choice at that time since we had to be out that day for the buyer's walk through the next morning. They hold you hostage and force you to pay them. They were to bring the items the following Monday or Tuesday. When I called Tuesday to confirm, they said it would be 2.5 weeks at because they were busy. No plan of when we would see out items. Last night, I get a call from the driver saying he will be here today between 7-9:00 AM. Then at 11;00 PM EST, I get a call he cannot drive the truck on the roads by our house, and I need to pay $900 more to have them transfer to a smaller truck and bring it to me??? I proved to him they can in fact drive on the roads here for deliveries, happens all the time. Another shake down. The worst is, for two weeks, I have tried to get ahold of Titan and Express and no one ever answers the phone nor do they call back. No wonder they want cash, they know everyone would stop payment on any charge card. This has been the worst experience we have ever had. Out $2800 move is now costing more over $6400 and has caused us an enormous amount of stress. My advice is to stay away from both moving companies.

By far the best company we have used we have moved about 10 times due to work. And by far this is the best experience we had Anthony went above and beyond for us should of express

Emilio and his team were very helpful got everything done quickly and self sufficiently which made my life much easier - highly recommend them!
