Avoid like the plague. I paid over £600 FOR HOTEL BOOKING when due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to change my dates, I contacted them numerous times but long story short they were unable to change dates and kept my money under their no refund policy. this is the biggest rip off I've ever experienced. Far better dealing with a reputable company rather that this shower. Their call service is based in India so communication can be difficult. Do yourself a favour and do your research because this company will keep your money. I worked hard for this holiday and lost over £600 . Buyer beware

I recently posted to say I had not received a refund when the website had taken 2 payments and created two bookings when I only wanted one booking. I have now received a refund.After a lot of emails .

Very poor experience with Expedia. Their website and agent confirmed that breakfast was included in my booking, yet the reservation they sent to the property was “room only.” I was forced to pay again for something that was clearly advertised as included. What made it worse was the customer service. I provided screenshots, chat transcripts, and proof of the mistake, but kept receiving emails from different representatives asking me to repeat the same information. No consistency, no ownership, and no resolution. This feels like misleading advertising and terrible customer service. I will think twice before booking with Expedia again.

All I can say is that Expedia lied to me and took me for $1.500. No customer service. Made me pay $348 fee in order to receive my refund. Signed a DocuSign and even got a confirmation for refund number. They now say nothing. It just disappeared.

Confusing print out information. On the trip back, no one could find or understand the flight info. Got stuck In Chicago. Flown to a different destination. No bags, now I have to track down my bag, and go get my car at a different city.

Booked a hotel with Expedia, arrived to check in to find the hotel closed. Had to then book a hostel last minute (I used Expedia again), and Expedia refused to refund me on the original booking even though they could see I'd had to book a second place. As long-time customer with countless bookings, their zero loyalty policy is shocking.

Booked flight from Sydney to Seattle with Expedia using Air Canada. Air Canada cancelled all flights due to industrial dispute. Trying to get refund, Expedia say they can’t get refund as Air Canada have wiped ticket information, Air Canada won’t deal with me direct as I booked via Expedia. Shambolic customer service, cannot get a reply off anyone on the phone just a chat bot, I would never advise using Expedia for flight bookings, go direct to the airline as Expedia are no help when it goes wrong and they have your money

long story short. i specifically booked a under the impression that luggage was included , i even have screenshots displaying that it is included via british airways. i arrive at the airport on the return flight and i was told thsat mu luggage wasnt included, BA said it was an expedia issue and expedia wont accept responsibility or refund me even though BA said they should . wasted 170euros for this. for 15 years i have used expedia booking package flights. now ill at a stretch book a hotel but never a flight again.
