long story short. i specifically booked a under the impression that luggage was included , i even have screenshots displaying that it is included via british airways. i arrive at the airport on the return flight and i was told thsat mu luggage wasnt included, BA said it was an expedia issue and expedia wont accept responsibility or refund me even though BA said they should . wasted 170euros for this. for 15 years i have used expedia booking package flights. now ill at a stretch book a hotel but never a flight again.

Cobro de impuestos que estaban "incluidos" según la tarifa que reservé. Llegando al hotel me cobran los impuestos locales siendo que ya estaban incluidos al momento de reservar. Hice un reclamo por servicio al cliente y me dicen que los impuestos incluidos eran los "impuestos a la venta" por su tarifa. Publicidad engañosa en su máxima expresión. Nunca más usaré sus servicios falsos

expidia buena compania pero tiene un seguro travel aig travelguard muy malo cuidense pues si usted compra este seguro y le canselan el viaje para otra fecha auque usted avise para cambiarla se quedan con el dinero y dicen que tiene que sacar nuevamente y pagar otra vez auque expidia cambio la fecha

Habe über Expedia einen Flug nach Amerika gebucht. Dieser Flug wurde von der Fluggesellschaft storniert. Die Fluggesellschaft hat den Betrag an Expedia zurücküberwiesen.. Dort weiss niemand wo mein Geld ist.
