The phone I bought was the Nokia Lumia 930 best phone i have ever had how ever all the phones that came from the factory had a wireless charger and a manual mine had none of these things but did have a space in the box for them i contacted Expansys USA and they said " well if you don't like it you can return it " I Emailed Nokia and they said all units left the factory with the missing items they even went as far as to say it was one of the big differences between the lumia 929 and 930 among other things of course the person on the phone at Expansys was rude and simply lacked care it did not say that it was not included or that i could or would need to buy that separate also they took my order it cleared my card and then i was sent an email saying it was on back order for weeks and again i got "well if you don't like it you can return it" i wont buy from them again which sucks because they had other stuff i wanted

Asus hit it out of the Park! Well worth the price for what you are getting, which is a fun an easy way to enjoy a Great Smartphone with Power, couldn't be any happier, thanks Matthew and Eric. Peace

Product out of stock, took weeks to ship. When I placed order, it showed In Stock so I paid for overnight delivery. Even though they shipped it overnight, it took weeks longer than expected, and OBVIOUSLY I never would have paid for Overnight. When I brought this to their attention, I was told "Too bad". No adjustment for shipping charges, nothing. BEWARE STAY AWAY. Update: If anyone needed any proof? See their reply below.

I ordered my phone and loved it. Shipping was fast and service was initially excellent. I then had an issue where my dog had a medical emergency and needed surgery. Seeing is how my dogs life is more important than my phone. I called Expansys and explained to them my situation. I told them that I loved the phone but I needed to return my phone because I needed the money for my dogs surgery. The representative I spoke with said that they understand and would accept the return no problem without a restocking fee. I asked if she was positive because there was nothing stating it on the company website under the terms and conditions. she reassured me it was not an issue and that I would receive a full refund minus my initial shipping cost. Mind you, I had to pay to ship the phone back. I figure that's fine. Something I needed to do and would pay for. Couple days past and I receive my refund and come to find out its close to $100.00 LESS than the cost of the phone. They said it was a restocking fee of 15% because the phone was opened. I asked about all of this with the customer service representative and she told me I would get a full refund minus the initial shipping cost. That there would be no restocking fee due to my unusual situation. Running a business has nothing to do with my personal matters. I understand and respect that. But do not pretend to offer sympathy and empathy, to tell me one thing and having something different happen after the fact. Its the principal that I am upset with. So I E-mailed Expansys for an explanation...so far no response back. Went on twitter, expressed my concern there. No answer there either. Initially I was hesitant about making my first purchase from Expansys especially since it would involve international shipping. However, i put my apprehensions aside and purchased a Nokia Lumia 930. After speaking with customer service over the phone my shipping was upgraded at no charge++++. The phone arrived with in 48 hours! After using the phone i noticed a problem with the volume rocker. I contacted Expansys regarding the issue to see what could be done. I feel i was provided excellent customer service through out the entire process. Initially i talked with Perla about the situation and within 24 hours i was contacted my Matthew - Prepay Operations Manager. I took a short video that clearly showed the problem with my phone. Matthew shipped out a new replacement immediately. One again it only took 48 hours to get my replacement. Matthew also per-authorized a free return of the defective unit. As a customer i could not ask for better customer service. My experience was with Expansys was extremely positive, proffesional, and efficient. Keep up the great work!!!

They sold me international version of nexus 6 in US. On return charged me restocking fee. Cheated me by not explicitly specifying in description just model number in desc..

The shipment was not delivered on time. I was expecting on Thursday (based on 9.95$ shipment charge for at max four day delivery). Instead received shipment on Monday. Even the fedex status was not updated for last three days. Company delayed shipment because of shipping address and credit card billing address was different. They should have put this check during check out and warn the customer that shipping address and billing address can not be different.
