Everything about this shopping experience was excellent except shipping time. I chose this vendor because they were the only one that offered overnight shipping, however it took over a day before the shipment was picked up. I placed my order on Thursday night. I called on Friday afternoon because the tracking number they sent said that it was waiting to be picked up, and was told they FedEx didn't pick up until 7pm, which means that the shipment didn't go out until Friday night and didn't get to my location until Saturday evening too late for delivery. My package arrived on Monday. I decided to spend the extra shipping rather than go through Amazon which would have guaranteed delivery on Monday because I wanted my shipment before I left town on vacation. If this company cannot guarantee overnight shipping, and their pickup times are not until late evening, then they do not need to offer this option. I would probably use them again, however I will be wary of shipping times as they are listed.

The order system works great, everyone I've spoken to was very helpful. They also stood by their warranty claims and took care of me.

Expansys offered a great deal on the LG GWR even though it has apparently been discontinued. The watch arrived within 2 business days of my order and was new in box. I would definitely buy from Expansys again.

I was sent the wrong merchandise and you were unable to provide the correct items. It took a month for me to find out that I was to get a refund so that a month went by and I now have to find a new dealer.
