Initially I ordered a product that didn't have a complete description and was not able to use properly in the US. I sent an email about returning it for a refund on Tuesday, January, 6, 2015, and a week later had not received a reply. I gave the company a 1 star rating. After Expansys reps saw my review they called me directly and resolved the issue by offering a full refund for my return and shipping. I will probably not use this company again, but I changed my rating to 4 stars due to their assistance.

Tried calling customer service. Was on hold for one hour. No response. Update: Customer service rep called me and reshipped the order.

Ordered two "refurbished" Nexus 7 tablets for $79.99 each, with free shipping and a nice, brand new neoprene travel case. Lowest price I could find, and tablets arrived looking like new. So far, so good. Trouble is, neither one of the tablets would take an over-the-air upgrade, and they shipped stock with an older version of Android. Since this was an issue with lots of Nexus tablets (especially the older 2012 version, which is what these are), I suspect that these tablets were simply customer returns that Expansys turned around and sold as-is. Since 99% of customers would not be able to deal with this problem, they would have no choice but to (a) leave the device on an older, insecure version of Android or (b) return it to Expansys. Fortunately there is software available for free that allows you to remedy this situation (by manually re-installing an upgraded version of the Android operating system) and thus salvage an otherwise crippled Nexus tablet. So, I was able to keep the devices, but I spent almost a whole day getting them into useable shape. I noticed this particular version (Nexus 7 2012, 16 GB memory) is no longer available on the Expansys website.

device screen have defect. some write spot at the bottom black bezel part. contacted customer survices and they were reluctant in help me return it :( not pleasant experience with this site!

Everything went as expected, no problems at all. Ordered right before Christmas and was delivered on time.

Further to my earlier comment, I am changing the feedback to 3 stars after pro active contact made by Expansys and I was promised for the replacement immediately. Within no time, I got shipment notification and I am now happy as the company fixed my issue. I am keeping it at 3 stars due to my earlier inconvenience and response from Expansys, though would like to add that the company took no time to resolve after showing my concern.

Bought a Nexus 4 and Nexus 7 refurbished. Got them fast, sealed, and they even added a free case for the Nexus 4 and a sleeve for the Nexus 7. I am VERY pleased.
