Expansys UsaReviews of expansys-usa.com

The cell phone is awesome. So far it has met my expectations and I live the decision I have made. However, the only downfall is that the directions came in a foreign language (Spanish), so I have not fully discovered my phone's potential. Nonetheless, its a great purchase.

I've purchased twice from Expansys USA. Shopping experience on the web was pleasant. My credit card didn't go through once they tried to process my order and I had to call my credit card company and call back Expansys to have them try again. The phone number in the email wasn't working so I called the main number instead. Product was shipped immediately based on my shipping selection and my purchase was packed securely. I would definitely buy from Expansys again.

Everything about this shopping experience was excellent except shipping time. I chose this vendor because they were the only one that offered overnight shipping, however it took over a day before the shipment was picked up. I placed my order on Thursday night. I called on Friday afternoon because the tracking number they sent said that it was waiting to be picked up, and was told they FedEx didn't pick up until 7pm, which means that the shipment didn't go out until Friday night and didn't get to my location until Saturday evening too late for delivery. My package arrived on Monday. I decided to spend the extra shipping rather than go through Amazon which would have guaranteed delivery on Monday because I wanted my shipment before I left town on vacation. If this company cannot guarantee overnight shipping, and their pickup times are not until late evening, then they do not need to offer this option. I would probably use them again, however I will be wary of shipping times as they are listed.

Initially I ordered a product that didn't have a complete description and was not able to use properly in the US. I sent an email about returning it for a refund on Tuesday, January, 6, 2015, and a week later had not received a reply. I gave the company a 1 star rating. After Expansys reps saw my review they called me directly and resolved the issue by offering a full refund for my return and shipping. I will probably not use this company again, but I changed my rating to 4 stars due to their assistance.
