I was concerned there may be blood in my stool. Found the EverlyWell test and sent for it. Quick arrival. Easy to use. Fast results. Very satisfied.

I had a tough time drawing blood both the first and second time. I ended up learning switching to my other hand got better flow. What I did not like was that the first round it asked for 5 drops and then the second kit asked for 10. If I couldn't get though blood the first time, why make me draw more the second time? They also don't tell you that your blood will expire if you don't send it in fast enough. My wife had this issue and she's having to redo her a again. I got my results and the explanation. Very interesting what I'm sensitive to. I would never have guessed these things.

The results took much longer than anticipated and there was no communication about the delay. We finally received the results six days after the end date of the range and only after calling customer service.

The experience was exceptional. The cost for the test is reasonable. It's easy to order, and the results arrives in just a few days.

The test are self explanatory and easy shipping along with the customer service is wonderful. However, I believe that the lab numbers are completely off! I went and did a redo test on this lab work and it was completely different.

I have used the company in the past. I noticed this time,the blood sample card seemed to require a large amount of blood to be filled. I had to lance a second finger to get enough! I had simple Hba1c test. It was received by them on Monday but no results until Saturday. Perhaps they don't have adequate capacity now? Otherwise, web and email updates are fine. Be sure to check web for coupons as they always have them but returning customers won't be told.

I received elevated out of range results for vitamin D from EverlyWell. Alarmed I scheduled an appointment with my doctor to run a vitamin D test and the EverlyWell results were wrong 40 points wrong / higher. Never again will I use it or trust Everlywell. It caused a lot of unnecessary stress and waste of money! 0 stars if I could!
