Ordering was easy, and delivery time was quick. Taking the test was not difficult. When I did have a concern about it, the customer service representative responded very quickly and reassured me that all was OK. My results were received in less than a week from when I mailed in my sample. The results were easy to understand and explained well.

Easy Process! Very impressed! However the daily emails are getting old quickly.
Disappointed
I still have not received my results. They may be available in my account but I cannot access it. I would like to get the results in the mail but so far nothing. Disappointed since this test was not cheap.

Hi, so as far as my experience goes, I think for the price you pay you might as well go to a real doctor for a few extra dollars, It's been over a week and a half since my thyroid test has been mailed out and has been processing for the last week now and still awaiting results. Had I gone to a doctor It wouldn't have taken nearly as long to complete and I probably could have been on medicine at this point.
