I absolutely hate going to the doctor. This was easy to use, and I feel so relieved with the results.

This company takes no responsibility for poor processes and takes advantage of people seeking answers to their health. I live in a rural area which caused an issue with the kit getting to the lab before its expiration (which is NOT listed anywhere on the instructions or sample bags). Their resolution was to send me another kit and told me to drop it off at a different post office in hopes it would make it on time. At minimum they could have offered an expedited shipping label. I asked for a refund and they denied it. I am out over $200 that could have gone towards legitimate lab testing and they are unsympathetic. Additionally, the lancets they provide are incredibly cheap and unreliable which made the collection process awful. One lancet went too way too deep and the other barely broke the skin causing me to have to use multiple fingers on the second collection day. Be aware of the risks using this company. You will be better off using Jasons health to order lab work and going to your local lab for processing.

Following the instructions, it took me almost a month to collect all the samples. They then said my samples were invalid, and sent me a replacement. The whole process takes 2 months now and I have not received the replacement. They said every sales was final and I would not be able to get my money back. Such a scam...

I really didn’t learn anything from this test. It reminds me of the adage, if you highlight everything you highlight nothing. I had ~100 foods in the “2” category. What do I do with that? At least force rank them so people can prioritize. Very disappointed I wasted $275 on this test.

I did 2 different tests, I was notified when they received them, I was notified when they were being processed, and I was notified when the tests were complete. It was easy, fast and accurate, and I never had to leave my house :)

I ordered the kit, kit delivered, blood sample taken, returned the sample and I had results. Lots easier than needing to drive to a Doctor's Office and then go to a Lab, and then wait for results. Thank you for this service.
