This company has a terrible turn around time. The website says 5 business day turn around. They received my sample 10/1/24 and did not start processing it until 10/21 then they say another 2-5 business days after this. This company is a joke and I would never do business with them again

Easy to take the test and got the results very fast. App is easy to use.

Everlywell did great! My kit arrived quickly, with all parts included. Their lancets were better than another company. I only had to poke twice (instead of 6 times) to fill the card. The results came back promptly & they've followed up with suggestions. I'll use them again!

Process was simple, and fast. Hardest part is squeezing enough blood from your finger to fill the circles while not touching the card.

Humana sent an Everlywell Hba1c test kit. I followed instructions and returned the test to Everlywell. Today I received an email from Humana and Everlywell stating the test was complete and to log onto the Everlywell website for results. Did every frustrating aspect of creating login information as instructed and, once logged in, could not find test results anywhere. The only information available to me was sales of other testing kits. I tried registering my kit again and received a message it was already registered instead of maybe saying the text was completed and how to access. I will NEVER do another Everlywell test again. Without a doubt, the whole process on the website is so far beyond being user friendly. What a waste of time! After being sent a link through email to confirm it was my account is it really necessary to receive a text with a number to again confirm it is me every time I log on?

I recently had a lab test conducted at Stanford Hospital, which showed a TSH level of 5.4, significantly higher than expected, I would like to request a refund for your test, as it appears to be unreliable. Please let me know how to proceed with this request. Thank you.
