The test are great but the weight loss program ? BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! I thought I was only scheduling an appointment to talk to doctor to see my eligibility and long and behold I was “subscribing” to their service!!!!!!!!!!!! I canceled my appointment before the consultation and realized I was getting charged until it caught my attention for 2 months of close to 300$ !!!!!!! They are refusing to refund!!!! I find it appalling and extremely deceiving. Why subscribe a patient BEFORE having a consultation when all you do is put your card down for what you think will be future services!!!!!!!!

It's very expensive first. Second, the instructions were difficult to understand. Luckily, I had underwent a hysterectomy like a day after receiving the kit, so my cycle timing didn't matter but when I was going to do the cycle method I couldn't understand really when to start. Lastly, I had to research on your website the timing for the collections because the saliva wasn't clear either in the printed one. Overall I'm pleased with the results as it's helped me confirm suspicions. Thank you.

Lab testing is conducted conveniently in the home when it's convenient. Great alternative for someone who doesn't prefer traditional lab draws. Everlywell lab testing kits are shipped in a timely manner. Products are easy to use with an easy return process to attain lab results. Would be great if a cbc/diff lab test was developed.
