This is not the first time i have used Everlywell and up until now i have been satisfied. This last time however the time between when i sent in the test and the results was too long. I mailed them on October 3rd., i  received a message that they were "picked up" October 8th and i did not get the result back until October 21st. I am not sure how so long a gap may affect the results, but it made me uncomfortable. I am hesitant to try them again, but since it was the first time this happened, i am thinking about it. It may just have been a fluck. However, if this happens on a regular basis,  i may need to stop using them.

My sample took too long to get processed and when I reached out to customer service all I was informed was that they were behind. I did not receive a specific update on my sample.

Very easy to understand. The results are given quickly.

Easy test to perform, send back and results within the week!

This company used to be good or at least, better. They used to get your results back to you within the week. Now, you have to wait like 3 weeks. I sent my latest sample in 2 1/2 weeks ago and I JUST got the email that said they are processing my sample because I emailed them. It's also worth mentioning that I did two of their tests with the same blood draw. They weren't the same test but there was crossover with testing some cholesterol numbers. The results from the SAME blood draw, were hugely different. I have one more test with them because I already purchased it and then I'm done.

Easy to use test. Fast results too.

Easy website to navigate. Easy to sort through tests and order what you need. Delivery was quick. Instructions were clear and concise. Turnaround on results was great! Less than a week! Love the app. All positives from me!
