I have just spent 1 hour trying to connect with Everlane-they have sent my order to the wrong address. Everlane has no telephone number for online service and it is extremely difficult or impossible to even change your address. Their products are o.k., not spectacular, but dealing with them online is not worth the trouble.

I got my eye on the tote bag for so long. When I found out it was on sale, I knew I should take it, so I did. The bag is perfect! Great for Fall/Winter outfit!

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered something from this website, 3 months later it has not arrived and despite me trying to contact them multiple times regarding my order I have had zero response. This either a scam or the worst customer service. Don’t bother.

I returned some items 2 months ago. They credited back part of the order and I have yet to get a credit back for the remaining items. I emailed them twice and also sent 2 emails through their site. Still nothing. I will never purchase from them again.

Ordered something that never shipped. Only canned responses from email. I canceled. Now let's see if they credit my account.

I ordered 3 pair of sandals, and a tote, Love the tote, sandals are too small. I have been trying to contact them, there is no customers service #, I don't live near a store, and I sent 2 emails and even a message via their website, still no response whatsoever. They make it very easy to place an order and take your money, but extremely hard to return an item. There was no packing slip in the box, no return shipping label. I guess their strategy is to ignore the customer and maybe they will go away. I will never purchase another product from this company.

Two purchases, two bad experiences. The first took forever to arrive. When I sent emails, no response. Not helped by the fact there is no number to call. I mean, really, get a dedicated phoneline Everlane! The second item was in stock when ordered, but apparently this was an error. Again, numerous emails went unanswered until I threatened to write to the CEO. They say that they have previously responded but this is nonsense - nothing in "junk" folder and this is the only company I bizarelly don't receive emails from - until suddenly I do. It's very transparent that they lie. I will never buy from Everlane again. Way too much hassle.

I won’t even call this customer service. Absolutely horrible experience over a lost/damaged package. Took too long to get back to me and now my entire order is out of stock. Why TF do they not have a customer service phone number???? This took 7 days to handle over email when it could have been a 5 min phone call.
