My wife and I have found all the products to be of excellent quality. My wife is an XXS/XS depending and it's hard to find nice quality/stylish clothes to fit her. But this review is really not only for quality product but for exceptional customer service from Jessica and Jhonill. We made a mess of a returned item (xss needed but we tried xs and it was too big) as it's the first and only item (of dozen's purchased) we've had to return. Don't quite understand all the negative reviews - our experience just the opposite.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and it may all stem from their awful aloof manager- who reminds me of Police Officer Barbrady from South Park... "Move Along Now- Nothing to see here" There is plenty to see here. I placed an order for boots in late October by the end of the first week in November I hadnt received anything but I was charged! I contacted customer service and the girl basically just said "sorry there was a glitch they were out of stock." (but they werent out of stock when i bought them and they werent out of stock when I communicated with this girl) And THEN she cancelled my order! She didnt even ask me if I still wanted the boots- she just took it upon herself to make the decision for me and- isnt this bad for Everlane's business? If there is a glitch in the system shouldnt they try to help the customer and get them what they wanted to buy? So I email her like 3 times asking if the boots were still available bcs they show as being available- and NO RESPONSE. So I buy them again and take a screen shot of the order and send it to her to verify that the order is placed- NO RESPONSE. For days- Im struggling to buy these boots all because this girl couldnt say, " would you still like them? I can have them shipped to you today" So then I contact customer service AGAIN and the other girl offers me 15% off (which what is that?) Even if you refer a friend you get $25 off. I ask to speak to her manager about this issue because I think i should be compensated for my time and stress with this issue and the manager Kendall, is so dismissive and ineffective- I just realized... this is why their customer service team is so terrible. She doesnt care about the customers either- she's setting the tone. So- buyer beware. Shop at your own discretion because after you buy if you have an issue they dont GAF!

Same as everyone else, delay after delay for my shipment. Then, once it was marked "delivered" there was nothing at my doorstep, nothing on my neighbors porches, nothing in the backyard, etc.

I ordered a top and it didn’t arrive. I’ve emailed them several times but no response whatsoever. Requesting refund now.

I incorrectly typed my email address during an online purchase. I received my items in the mail without a packing slip and since the order notifications are going to the mistyped email address I didn't receive any tracking status updates. Basically I don't have an order number to return my products with. When I called customer service (no phone number listed on their website) to fix my email address the rep wanted me to download Team Viewer to fix it?! When I objected he was very rude and loud to me. Something is very fishy here. Never had an issue like this before where a CSR can't fix a detail within my account. Strange and Rude behavior!

9 months after the closings began, businesses, large and small have re-imagined their platforms to accommodate new opportunities. Unfortunately, Everlane has retreated. Choosing to eliminate all methods of communication diminishes the buying experience. There is no phone communication or live chat choosing simply to pretend the "customer service" on the other end of an e-mail responds within a day. This is false and completely backwards and eliminates it as a viable online shopping option. I will not spend my money or time shopping with Everlane.

I would give them a zero if I could. You don't get your order and you can't contact them. They lock you out of your account. This is a scam. Such a same. They were good before but they are the worst now. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered two items on everlane which I was excited to receive. Shipping said 3-5 days so 8 days later when the items hadn’t arrived I checked my order on their website and it said it was due for dispatch in 1-2 days. So I dropped them an enquiry via a web form about the status. Within an hour (I’m not even sure if it was a result of the online query or this would have happened anyway) I received a generic cancellation email advising me the two items I ordered are now out of stock and I have been refunded. I paid via PayPal and received a PayPal notification that the refund has been processed, so that’s all good, but obviously I wanted the clothes, so still disappointing. The thing is, both items are still listed as being for sale online in my size. So I have no clue why it was cancelled, and obviously that means other people might end up having the same experience, not sure what the deal is but something isn’t working with Everlane.
