The woven wood shades were easy to install, operate beautifully, and look gorgeous. I ordered them in seashell with privacy lining. The color is light enough to keep the room looking bright but still brings in some warmth. The lining gives us privacy at night while still allowing light through during the day.

I still have no shipping confirmation, update on my order, or response from a query. Your website does not work well. I could not create an account bc the screen locks up.

Hi Shanda, We're so sorry to hear you didn't receive timely status updates regarding your order. We did sent a notice when your order went into production. It is scheduled to be completed on or before May 16. Sometimes these emails can get routed to spam based on your email settings. We also did see an email that you sent on 3/24 inquiring about your order. We replied on 3/24 as well; however, it appears that the reply was sent to the wrong email address. We sincerely apologize for our error here. We have sent our initial response to your correct email address for review. As of April 11, Everhem has migrated our online store platform to Shopify in order to streamline and enhance our customer experience. Unfortunately the transition hasn't been entirely seamless and an unexpected side effect of this system re-launch is that Customer Account passwords all need to be reset. We've gone ahead and resent an account invite so you can re-establish your account with us. Orders from prior to the Shopify migration are still in the process of being transferred. We hope this helps clarify your questions as well as what happened with your previous inquiry. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We obviously always strive to provide our customers with a seamless experience and, whenever issues arise, provide solutions as quickly as humanly possible. We sincerely apologize that we missed the mark here.

Everhem is a GAME CHANGER! I'll never buy window treatments anywhere else again. They make the process so easy and seamless, and their customer service is so hands-on too. I've ordered window treatments from many other companies, both online and in person, and no one makes it as pleasant and stress-free as Everhem. Plus the product itself is gorgeous quality!

Everhem was a dream to work with. When we bought our first house, I was dreading the process of figuring out window treatments, but Everhem made everything so easy and wonderful. The customer service is truly above and beyond, and the entire team is so kind, helpful, and caring. I've recommended Everhem to several friends who are now also happy customers. Don't hesitate - you're in excellent hands with Everhem! Thank you so much for helping me make my windows gorgeous!

Dayna was fabulous; assisting me within minutes of sending an email. Excited to get the drapes next month and install them in our daughter’s nursery.
