Hi Pamela, We do apologize for any confusion. Your order was placed on Tuesday, July 13. At the time of purchase you should've received an automated email from us confirming that we have received your order and that we will follow up to confirm a production completion date as quickly as possible. If you did not receive this original email, it is possible it went to your spam folder? Depending upon your email filters sometimes that happens. As far as receiving that second email that confirms a completion date for your order, that generally takes up to one week's time as our workroom is very, very busy and they answer everything in the order in which it was received. As today is Thursday, July 15, it's only been two days since you placed your order so that is why you would not have received that email just yet. We do appreciate your patience.
