Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, especially with questions and very high quality of product; roman shades. The cost was quite reasonable, especially compared to a national window covering company.

So easy to order when following the guides!

Gorgeous product and great customer service. I was able to use the tools provided on Everhem's website to accurately measure out my windows. Once I received the product, the installation was fast and easy. The roman shades I ordered look absolutely perfect and the mechanism is high quality. Definitely recommend!

The woven wood top-down bottom-up shades are gorgeous and easy to install. My only complaint is the hardware the include isn’t great. The screws for header are flatheads and provide very little torque. I wish they came with the hex screws they show in the install video and describe online. The loops for the strings, two screws broke while installing.

Hi Casey, We're so glad you're happy with your shades from Everhem but sorry that you ran into some difficulty with the installation. The headrail screws are actually hexagonal head screws. The best way to install them and get proper torque is to drive them into the mounting surface with a 1/4" hex socket bit. The hex socket bit fits around the head of the screw snugly so, unlike the flathead method, will not slip on impact. It is also always advisable to pre-drill holes to reduce resistance (and to install wall anchors if there aren't any studs). Our installation guide is available on our website which details the steps to ensure proper installation of our shades. Our shade cleats also used to come with hexagonal screws but we've had to make use of a different vendor for the cleats due to supply chain issues that have still not resolved. Currently, our cleats now come with Phillips head screws that can be easily stripped if an impact driver is used to install them. We are about to launch new installation guides that reflect this new reality and in them we advise pre-drilling the cleat holes but then using a Phillips head screwdriver (rather than an impact driver) to install the cleat screws. We do apologize for the inconvenience here. We would be happy to send you new cleats and screws. We will reach out via email to coordinate with you on this.

The execution was not worth the price or the turnaround time. There are holes in the sew marks on the blinds that peep through little bits of light. It's a very cute company but I think i would stick to the shade store.
