Opened new account in less than 2 months, visited 2 times and CS Ashely can't tell me my up-to-date balance. They are ignorant, unskilled, back-biting and attacking customers as their defense mechanism and inner collusion. My 3rd visit is to close account and got verbal attack by 25-day-hired new manager! I ran as fast as I can!

We were attracted by the CD rate advertised by Ever bank. We visited their Rowland Hts. office and were warmly received by the staff there. The front desk officer Caherine Chan is friendly and professional. She explained in great detail with patience about CD and money market funds. We walked out from the bank with both CD and money market account opened. We genuinely recommend Ever Bank to our friends and colleagues.

Just wanted to share some love for EverBank. I have several products with them and they have great rates and amazing customer service. I am always able to get a hold of an agent quickly when needed and the interactions are always positive. The digital experience is tables takes - not outstanding but you can easily do most things you need to online.

I got my EverBank card and trying to activate but all I get is We are unable to process your request try again… try again later

I've continuously had issues accessing my account as well as transferring my money. The customer service has no urgency to assist you. They tell you they will call you back on why you're having issues with access to your account. The transfers get stopped. After reading many other reviews I should have never opened an account here. I will have to close this account as this bank can't be trusted in my opinion with money.

Wanted to trust this new bank, but everytime I have any new transactions (opening a CD, etc) they have always make mistakes on my name on the statements. The manager Jury Zamora (at the 6001 Geary Blvd, SF branch) and his associates are all scatterbrains. The manager should be accountable for his actions and perhaps the associates can follow his guidelines. Do not trust this bank with your money.

Starting from the moment you reach the bizarre automated line to the moment you reach a live person the experience is atrocious! They must be hiring from a low iq pool because my experience has to be less than a 1. We're only with this bank when TIAA dropped its banking arm. Searching for anything better...shouldn't be too hard.

Trash company run far away! Very unprofessional and customer service has to be the worse! It’s a waste of time. Trust me! No class nor know how to deal with customers.
