We've been with EverBank for a couple of years now and never had a problem. All of our transactions go through without a hitch. The debit cards always work, the checks were free, and the HYSA has a competitive rate that gets adjusted up if the Fed raises interest rates. We have never really needed customer service for anything, so I can't comment on that experience.

Ability to communicate and to illustrate patience in the process made our transaction extremely smooth and informative. Bravo!

EverBank telephone service is very complete with USA telephone customer service reps providing complete product information. I have never had to wait on hold for a long time & all reps are also very patient & courteous. The web-site is easy to navigate with all the info readily available.

I use Everbank as my primary bank now. I can accomplish almost everything I need to do online or by phone. However, when I do need more personal assistance, I can quickly get it by visiting the location in Naples, FL, which provides exemplary service. Big fan of Everbank!
