Instructions for installing rear basket were incomplete. Did not show how to attach to bike. I had to go on Youtube to find out how to install it.

Great customer service and fast shipping

Good electric bike, good assistance, when I put my headlight on the paint chipped on in front and when I got it the front breaks were so uneven.

Quality of the product

The motor came quickly. No instructions. I didn’t have a problem, but some might. I fixed this for a friend, a little disappointed that such a nice bike had the wheel come off and broke the motor wire. I’ve since put in a torque bar. Should have come with one.

I’m really satisfied with my experience with Euybike. Their customer service is very professional and quick to respond — they always try to solve any issue as soon as possible. The bike is powerful, comfortable, and easy to use. I truly recommend this brand for their quality and reliability.

The batteries are good and solid. Approx charging. ( 3hrs ) Which works well to charge after work. The chargers are a little more expensive, but when you take in the fact of it being fan-cooled and one wire in, one wire out, no adapters to misplace or the addition of needing a 5.5×2.5MM barrel connector adapter (on top of the universal-type 5.5x 2.1MM...They look the same, but they're not... Soooo, yes, it's worth $100.00...simple and sweet.

I like the bike. However, you should tell your customers BEFORE THEY PURCHASE that the bike will arrive via FedEx and will require a signature. And saying that the bike is 90 or 95% assembled it just not true
