Ordered during the Christmas sale. Shipping was really fast, 1-2 days, and received by day 4 after ordering. I was leery, given the number of direct-to-consumer bike sales. I was also concerned that customer service would be unresponsive. Their phone number did not disappoint: a constant busy signal and no 800 number. However, chat messages were responded to in 24-48 hours and were always helpful. Overall, this company is very helpful and responsive. Just as fast, if not faster, than when I call or message Lectric BIke for my other bike.

I'm not one to write reviews, but honestly, this is one instance where it'd be a moral shortcoming not to take the time to appreciate this company. I was gifted a Euybike F8 electric bike. At the time, I was traveling out of the country for work for a while, so I didn't get to use it much. When I came back, I had some issues with the bike, that likely had more to do with how I stored it than an actual manufacturer defect. I reached out fearfully to the company's customer support expecting the barest minimum. Their timely response and assistance throughout was simply beyond imaginable. I put this on everything I love: this is a company I would do business with over and over again! I'm not one to speak in superlatives, but these guys are the true definition of "going above and beyond". Thanks Euybike!

Customer service was incredible. I needed to cancel my order for size reasons shortly after order was placed and they worked with me to assist with return and refund and I really appreciated the help and persistence.

Easy to purchase, but the front tires rubs. They sent out new parts. We brought it to a bike store which fixed it for free. My husband loves the bike

The bike is great, easy to assemble. Customer Service is slow to respond and does not take phone calls, only communicate by email and takes days to correspond back and forth. iI just have simple questions to ask that could be resolved in minutes. I am ready to buy a second upgraded model but am hesitant since they do not communicate efficiently.
