Awesome bike so far! Only complaint is the headlight mount doesn't match anything i find on line on this bike. Haven't been able to mount it as it interferes with steering. Have yet to reach out to manufacturer as I haven't had a ton of time to study this issue.

Very happy with the C-3 bike. Nice comfortable ride.

Love these bikes! Had a slight issue with the screen, sent them an email with a video and a new one was shipped that day. My family have bought 9 This past month. My mom, brothers, sister, niece and nephew. Mind you my mom is 72 years old and she enjoys it.. Their a bit more heavy then a traditional pedal bike so that took a little bit to get used to but we just love them and the fact that some of them fold up is so awesome because I can put them in my jeep and go to my moms (30 miles away) and my brothers, sister and them will all meet up there and go for a nice long ride. It’s great! We’re in our 30’s, 40’s and 50’s and teens and it’s so much fun doing it as a family.

Unsatisfied, the battery that was supposed to be the equivalent to the battery that came with my bike does not seem like an equivalent that has nowhere near the power supposed to be a 48 volt 20 amp seems like the battery that was sent to me is a 48 volt 16 amp. Plus it's bigger and the mounts are different sizes.

The only issue i had was quickly corrected. Spent two hours just riding today. A rear view mirror would be nice but that's just because of the speeds it goes and where I was riding.

I bought an EUY bike about 1 year ago and the motor failed. I contacted EUY support and they said that the S4 motor I need is already no longer available. I essentially have a new EUY bike that is now worthless because they stopped making the S4 motor for it
