EuybikeReviews of euybike.com

It took a bit to finally get the controller that I needed. I didn’t have the order number for my bike and still don’t know where to find it so if you purchase a euybike make sure you keep all of your paper work just in case you need warranty work or other repair or parts for the bike. The order number must be retained for any correspondence with euybike.

Bike too tall to be comfortable. Recommended 5’6 height and im 5’7. I recommend if you have at least 32 or 33 inch inseam then youd be comfortable with the bike. Other than that i say bike is well built and powerful.

The second bike delivery was delayed for some reason and the tracking was not updating. The tan bike had a few scratches on the back end

I think the product is great. I received it quickly and was not hard to assemble. I have had some issues with it not powering on sometimes that worries me. It sometimes takes multiple tries.

Customer service was incredible. I needed to cancel my order for size reasons shortly after order was placed and they worked with me to assist with return and refund and I really appreciated the help and persistence.

The bike is great, easy to assemble. Customer Service is slow to respond and does not take phone calls, only communicate by email and takes days to correspond back and forth. iI just have simple questions to ask that could be resolved in minutes. I am ready to buy a second upgraded model but am hesitant since they do not communicate efficiently.

Very helpful customer service. Disappointed that they no longer carry replacement batteries for my old F6, but helped me resolve my options quickly.

Good electric bike, good assistance, when I put my headlight on the paint chipped on in front and when I got it the front breaks were so uneven.
