It was easy to set up and start making ice. I love this my 3rd one.

Returned Product
I purchased an Ice tile maker, but we decided we wanted a nugget maker instead. I have spent two weeks now trying to return the product and the customer service team has been slow, even trying to convince me to keep the product. I have no issues with the product, but I will not purchase directly from their site again due to the hassle with potential returns.

It starts with the design
It starts with the design: well thought out and needed by the market. Great pricing, fast delivery, simple and efficient. My suggestion: strengthen the plastic case especially on the vent side when the power cord is. Good job.

We love the big clear ice!
We love the big clear ice and it definitely melts slower than other ice. Best ice maker we have had.
