I bought the ice maker almost a year ago.I enjoyed using the ice maker, but after a few months, I have had a few issues. Every time I called or emailed for support, they were very prompt in responding. The last issue couldn't be fixed, the ice wouldn't release. So, the company had me try a few things. No luck. They decided to replace the ice machine as a way of resolving this issue. They have went above and beyond to help me with any problems I had. I truly appreciate their desire and dedication to helping with issues I encountered. Thank you so much for understanding. They have exceeded my expectations from a support team.

My compressor went on my ice maker. They told me exactly what I needed to do and exactly what documentation I needed. As soon as I did that and provided all the documentation, they sent me a new one with no trouble.

It worked very well. I did not try creating the crystal clear cubes as I needed a lot of large cubes quickly. I loved it.

Euhomy was extremely helpful with replacing a small component I had lost. They have wonderful customer service and great quality products.

We bought the Euhomy 19QT, 12 Volt car refrigerator for our 3 day travel up the west coast. We really love that we can use this in the car and then take it into the hotel. The cooler does not hold the cold temperature for long when you turn the car off. We did try a portable battery bank and that kept it cold and running for days. If you need an additional freezer, this cooler will refreeze an ice pack perfectly!

Customer service was great. I needed a replacement power chord and they were quick to respond and gave me no hassle in getting the replacement. It also arrived quick.
