We had the best experience with Euhomy customer service. Shout out to Chris! We had our ice machine have malfunctions and this company is great. It has a one year warranty. They respond so quickly to emails and got us a new ice machine that will be delivered tomorrow. We emailed Friday and tomorrow is Tuesday! That is top notch customer service. They were even communicating on the WEEKEND to make sure our family was taken care of! Definitely will be purchasing with them in the future for more items we need.

The slot to put water in is very inconvenient. When you get ice water drip too much on the bottom. Ice take too long to make.

I was really pleased at how fast and efficient the support team was handling my issue with my machine. They answered all of my questions with detail and were extremely friendly. While I hope to not have another issue I know that if I do I am in good hands! Thank you!

They were wonderful to work with, they have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! It seems like once a company has made it big and won over customers throughout the years the customers "assume" they still have good customer service to this day. Sad to say, it's not true.

I bought an ice maker through Amazon September 2025 and a few days ago it started tripping the GFI where it was plugged in. I messaged the company and they sent me a new ice machine within a week I am beyond happy and very pleased with how Euhomy’s customer service handle this!! Thank you

Although it wasn't great that my ice machine stopped working, the overall process of replacing it was. It was covered under warranty so I had a full replacement, no charge. They were quick and efficient! The couple people that were handling my case, if you will, were kind and quick to get it resolved.

I bought a nugget ice maker that initially worked well, but developed problems after about 6 weeks. I contacted Euhomy and spoke with Chris in customer support. He was very helpful. Replacement was arranged and it was shipped. Within about 5 days of my initial email my new ice maker arrived at my door and is working well. Everything was handled quickly, emails responded to promptly and shipping was very fast. Now I have a new nugget ice maker which is working perfectly. And I even received an email from Chris to make sure everything had gone well and that I'm happy with the replacement. Top notch customer service. I would definitely buy from Euhomy again.
