My Euhomy ice-cream maker from Amazon broke down just outside Amazons 30 day return window. To be fair, it only broke down because I overloaded it. They couldn't have been more diligent in refunding me. It could not be done via Amazon so they not only paid the refund into my PayPal account but added ther 5% fee and some on top. They get 100% for aftersales service from me.

I bought a portable dryer 7 months ago. It is not drying clothes like it should. I contacted them and am going through all of the trouble shooting tips and answering their questions. The last email I received stated they want to offer me $80 for my trouble. I don't want $80. I want the warranty honored and a replacement. The only thing left to do is take the back off and see if a belt fell off. I don't understand why they don't just honor their warranty.

I'm writing to praise Euhomy, above all else. I do wish the ice makers would last longer than 1 year! Yesterday our year old ice maker broke, and it was about 115 degrees outside. I actually freaked out in panic! I scrounged up everything we could manage, and bought a replacement from Amazon. I love this machine, it's my favorite thing in our home and that is saying a lot!

Update: It's now 2026 and this dryer been regularly making more noises and randomly blowing the fuse and shutting off. There's only 2 people in my household and I use this dryer only once a month because we barely produce laundry. After reading more recent Amazon reviews, many people have this same issue. So, I finally decided to get my hands dirty and open the back panel. I found rubber and metal shavings everywhere because the pulley/hardware was defective since day one. It's completely crooked and unfixable hence why the belts wouldn't stay on the wheels. Don't bother purchasing their dryers – The fact that EUHOMY allowed this unit to pass quality assurance shows me they don't care what products they put out. The enclosure has no damages and this was handle very lightly, so there's no reason that the hardware is so badly off-alignment. Even if I knew this was an issue 30 days after the return window, EUHOMY still makes it the customers responsibility ot get replacement parts to repair this despite being under warranty. I'm not a repairman. ------------- Original Review: I bought their portable dryer on Amazon and upon opening, the dryer was making this crazy mechanical sound. It was too big and heavy to return so I contacted Euhomy for troubleshooting. They sent me a video from a factory showing a man taking apart the dryer to fix. Clearly, this is ridiculous as this is out of my expertise but I thanked them for their help. Eventually, the dryer stopped making so much noise. I only had this dryer for about 1.5 years (used only once a month) and it started making the noise again. This time, I contacted Euhomy through Amazon and they told me my warranty expired so they can’t do anything. The first time the dryer made noise, they never offered a replacement yet after my warranty expired, they claim that I could’ve gotten a replacement all this time? In addition to this, they were supposed to send me a free pack of replacement filters and never did then used my email address to ask me to leave reviews on Amazon for other crappy products which is against Amazon’s policies. You get what you pay for. If there was a better brand of portable dryers, I would’ve never bought this one. The warranty for this dryer is only 1 year and being alive for decades, I don’t know a single household that had to replace a dryer so quickly. Terrible waste of money and such a poor quality product.
