I love the ice however it goes through a lot of water. I’m having to refill the tank very frequently. I’m just used to my old ice maker I suppose. It would recycle the ice when melted so I didn’t have to add water as often as I am now. But other than that, I’m satisfied with it.

When I had a problem with my ice maker, I sent one simple email to the warranty department. Within just a couple hours, I had a response. They were very helpful, asked simple questions about the problem with the machine, believed my answers, and gave me quick, actionable steps to take in replacing the broken machine. I received the replacement within a week. The experience was overall much better than I expected based on past experiences with customer service with other companies.

The product is simple to use and produces ice quickly. It has a great design. Though the ice isn't perfectly clear, I'm just using tapwater at the moment. I expect distilled water would produce transparent ice. My only complaint: the scoop is a little inefficient, and ice falls out while trying to scoop ice out of the bin. A slightly angled handle might produce a better scooping experience. However, that's a really minor complaint.

Like everything about the machine and it works largely how advertised on the web site. Two major issues: One, there were several dents in the maching which matched two large holes in the box. Two, the instructions are terrible in the printed material included.

The units are working well. Easy to use and they work. I had a problem with connecting to the phone app, called customer service, gave me a case number and after trying to set it up with the rep he advised he needed to get more technical people involved. Never heard back,

The ice is wet. I drain it the best I can, then put in a really cold freezer. I bought an ice pick. It's a mixed experience.

Compact and efficient ice maker. Fits nicely on counter top. It wasn't clear when purchasing that it makes ice but doesn't keep it cold. They say on the package to remove ice once it's made, which isn't expected by most people. The up side is even though it melts quickly, the water goes to a reservoir where it can be made into ice again. But that comes at a cost because then it's running most of the day creating ice that melts, and the process repeats.
