Stay clear of the night eye serum I never have reactions, this particular serum burnt like hell, the next day my undereyes were puffy itching and burning-I've since read loads of reviews claiming the same thing so be careful I've used loads of different skin products this was by far the worst :(

Estee Lauder har hævet penge på min konto d. 27/11 uden at sende varer. Idag d. 5/12 har jeg været i kontakt med Estee Lauder Danmark fire gange uden at de kan gøre noget. Det er kun et call center, som intet har at gøre med Estee Lauder.

I purchased a £10 gift card in August for my daughters birthday. It never worked it was faulty. Followed all instructions , opened a/couple etc. Still didn't work in store or online. Sent estee many emails over a few weeks. They kept saying the same thing over and over again. Very frustrating. Eventually voucher express who issued the card agreed to refund although they blamed estee lauder. A nightmare!!

Recieved my order but an item was missing... contacted their customer service and spoke to Amber - she was extremely helpful and kind. She helped to quickly resolve the issue. Lovely and quick service thanks to Amber!

I visited the Southend on sea Essex debenhams after being told by a friend that Estée Lauder double wear foundation is one of the best foundations she owned. She adviced me to go into store and get a skin colour match. On apraching the stand there was no one there to serve me, after waiting a little while I noticed a lady shouting over to her college saying she wanted to go to lunch. I asked this lady 'who do I see for a colour match' she huffed, rolled her eyes and said 'me'. I was taken back by her total disappointment in serving me. She took me over to a seat where she roughly took off some of my make up and pressed a little machine on my face. She told me which was my colour without writing it down on a card for me or giving me a sample to take away. She couldn't be less interested if she tried. Really gutted by this so I decided not to purchase from this store. I drove all the way from hullbridge to come to this stall specifically for some help, but all I got was a huffy rude member of staff. Won't be shopping here again.

Brilliant products and customer service, have been using for years and never been disappointed... would like the option of a pump dispenser on double wear foundation.

Har lavet en online order og penge beløbet er blevet trukket fra min konto over 2 gange nu. Har hverken fået besked eller en undskyldning fra Este lauder om dette. For ikke at tale om jeg heller ikke har fået mine penge tilbage endnu . Ydermere gik der optil 3 dage før jeg fik svar på min mail og venter stadigvæk på action .

I had a bad experience by purchasing on the Estée Lauder.it website, enticed by the advertising that promised in a gift a clutch with products to those who had made an order of at least 65 euros, I made my first online purchase on this website, result: The amount to be paid was immediately and regularly withdrawn from my account (with relative bank notification, transaction number and order number as a reference) but it is my pity though that there is no track on my site Esteée Lauder For a fee! I have never received an email confirmation from Estée Lauder (and it's been over a week now). In short, for Estée Lauder Italia I did not make any order despite the payment in her favor! At that point I decide to contact customer care via the phone numbers listed on the site but I find out that one of them is always busy and then falls to the line and instead answers only one secretary in which you can not leave messages because it is perpetually full ! I write email to all the addresses mentioned on the site but no one has ever answered my emails in a week! I try to contact customer care via the official facebook page by posting messages with all order and transaction references but even there no one at a distance of more than a week ever responded to me, although on that page somebody who manages it is there , Because new posts that advertise their products are published! Then I ask: why not respond to customer messages ?! Also I find reading the bad reviews on the facebook page that so many other customers are in my own situation and waiting for the products bought and answered to their countless emails and phone calls for several weeks! I wonder how it is possible that a prestigious company like this has such a poor e-commerce and a ghost customer care! Bad experience, highly disliked site!
