Ive been using estee lauder products for years and absolutely love them.im a 74 year old woman soon to be 75 and i use extended wear makeup.On an almost daily basis people stop me to say how beautiful my makeup is.i always say its estee lauder darling.i tried sending an email to estee lauder company with photo attached but it couldnt be sent.I love all estee products and would never change.i think i look my age but most people guess my age at 50s or 60s.

I placed an order for two sets of the same products and another set of Ultimate Beauty Gift on 12/7/22. After three contacts on 12/29/22, 1/5/23 and 1/10/23, so far I received the two sets of the same products only, and still wait for the Ultimate Beauty Gift. (I was told that there was a system glitch which caused the delay of product reshipment.) It has been another 15 days since my last contact! The delay is far beyond reasonable and no one from EL contacted me since then! During my last contact with EL, I was offered a free overnight shipping of next purchase as an appeasement which does not mean anything to me since I am yet to receive my previous order of 12/7/22 and I doubt that I will shop again at EL online. It has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing shopping and customer service experience at EL online!!!

Lost item in post (Evri). Customer services at Estée Lauder are laughable. 3 promises of a replacement order being shipped as a matter of urgency with a different carrier. Each time we called back to see where it was there was another slip up and they’d be sending again… just their BS. Cancelled the order in the end.

Received the most incredible service at the Estee Lauder counter at Fenwicks London today (11th Jan @ 6pm). I don’t usually leave reviews but I've never had such great customer service. Thank you so much whoever you were!

Back again to tell you that they deserve all the 1 start reviews they get. Since posting my review and their response with regards to getting in touch is a joke, an insult. It is an auto reply. They have no intention on getting back to you. If there is an auto reply to this message, I rest my case.

Today I received an email from Estée Lauder that they have sale on lipsticks in store and online. I went to the store right away and their associate told me that I don’t have a single lipstick on the display shelf and for selling because our manager told us this morning to keep all lipsticks in the drawer. On one side the company sends emails to their customers to go buy from store a lipstick for $19 on sale price and play a double game by hiding the sale items. They are so so expensive while their are better cheaper and discounted brands in the market. Estée Lauder sale policy is also very low level. Their most of the creams cause allergic reactions. I have had the eyes allergies in the past by using their serums and lotions. They should keep in mind that they are in the world of competition and must reduce their expensive products and make their products better to avoid any chance of causing their customers allergic reactions. They must stop sending tricky emails to the customers by calling them to store and selling another things by using their associates.

Do not order from this company! They use Evri for their deliveries which never arrive; even the Evri delivery driver told me that the parcels are always stolen. When you contact Evri they state that the parcel has been delivered even though the tracking shows that it hasn't and Estée Lauder won't provide a refund you have to get a refund through your credit card company. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered from Estée Lauder UK on 26 December. Received a dispatch email on the 28 th. EVRI tracking still(1week later) says they are expecting it. I have initiated 4 live chats over the last 3 days. On all occasions I was not connected to an advisor even when I stayed on line for nearly 5 hours. The live chat does not work. I have spent 8 hours this week on the chat line and still have had no “chat”.I tried phoning today only to be told that my order was on its way when it clearly isn’t .I have used Estée Lauder products for years but will never order directly from them again.
