The customer service was good and Estee Lauder did replace the fragrances. However my question still hasn't been answered. Why are the very expensive perfumes being watered down? or changed to such an extent that I can hardly recognise the fragrances. They are weak. I have for many years used Estee Lauder perfume 'Knowing' but now there's hardly any fragrance to it and the price has gone up!!

I made a purchase that qualifies for a free 7 piece gift set displayed on the front page as a major selling point. Then I received an email saying the gift set is out of stock so I will not receive it, nor will I be refunded in any amount since it's complimentary. Since there are multiple options for the gift set, customer support could have sent me the alternative set to make up for it, or contact me to ask, but no. Moreover, after all this I still see the claimed "out of stock" gift set available to add to your shopping cart on their website. This is almost a straight lie, tricking people to make purchases thinking they'll receive the order together with a valuable gift set and then notify them the free gift is out of stock. I could have at least chosen to use another coupon for a discount if not for the gift set. Will never buy from Estee Lauder ever again, their business practice is way below normal moral standard and is disgusting.

Die Beauty Beratung via Chat kann man sich sparen. Die Mitarbeiter haben überhaupt keine Ahnung und die Fragen, die man schon direkt bei der ersten Nachricht beantwortet hatte, werden erneut gefragt. Und die Fragen, die man beantwortet haben möchte, werden einfach ignoriert.

I have purchased double wear light for years and absolutely loved it, I got this from boots but when I tried to order it it was not available so I thought I would try futurist make up , I done the Mach your tone against natural skin and it came up with the colour bone. To say I was disappointed is an understatement the coverage is not good the colour match is way off it’s far to light for my skin totally disappointed with this product never thought I would ever switch from Estee Lauder but if this product is anything to go by I will , A lot of money to spend And not be able to use it 😢

Scrivo perché ho acquistato dal sito di Estee Lauder Italia una crema contorno occhi. Il sito internet è lento e pessimo. Non mi ha conteggiato lo sconto iniziale per chi è nuovo cliente, senza darmi un messaggio di errore. Cosa più grave, dopo 11 giorni il pacco risulta ancora in magazzino. Non è stato spedito! ho scritto tre volte alla chat whatsapp di Estee Lauder Italia, ma nessuno sa dirmi il motivo del ritardo e quando verrà spedito. Riceverò mai il mio pacco? com'è possibile che compro una crema da 100 euro (già pagata) e devo aspettare più di 11 giorni per riceverlo? AGGIORNAMENTO: il pacco è arrivato dopo 12 giorni anche se nel mio portale risultava ancora in stato "magazzino"

Apparently, if you buy an Estee Lauder product from a pharmacy and the product is faulty, Estee lauder will not honor a replacement. The spray nozzle aftershave is leaking from the bottom of the lid so deeming it is useless to use. Contacted their Customer Service, I sent photos, batch number, and said it was a gift for Christmas. First, their reply was they cannot replace the faulty item without a receipt, I replied and advised the item was a gift, however, I said it was purchased at the Pharmacy in November 2022 and the Pharmacy can confirm this. Then their reply was they could not replace the faulty item because it was purchased from the pharmacy, and they could not establish the origin or quality of the product. This is after they confirmed the batch number to me in an earlier email. I have used Estee Lauder products for many years, but now I’m going to find another line of products, as Estee Lauder has proven that they don’t care about their loyal customers.

Same problem as everyone before. Order product since Nove 2022. Now it is Feb 2023, and still, nothing has been delivered. Contact the service a month ago, and still nothing.
