Disappointment with Misleading Customer Service at Amsterdam Bijenkorf
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I experienced at your Amsterdam Bijenkorf counter. Four months ago, I purchased a cream and was offered a complimentary facial treatment as a gift. However, on the day of my appointment, I received a call stating I needed to purchase two products to receive the treatment, or my appointment would be cancelled. As a loyal customer, I cannot understand why I am being asked to pay again for something that was presented as a complimentary gesture. This misleading practice is not acceptable for a high-end brand like Estee Lauder. Furthermore, two friends who had the same offer faced the exact issue, which indicates a recurring problem. It’s not about the cost, it’s about honoring commitments and showing respect to loyal customers. I hope this issue will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.
