A special offer was advertised with advanced repair serum as soon as I saw it I purchased as it had a free gift worth £90 I'm questioning if the free gift really existed or is this a sales gimmick I had an online chat to be told I ordered on a Saturday and the free gift ran out Friday, I bought as soon as it was advertised so I am a little confused Would never buy Estée Lauder again I feel like they are not true to the the offers, avoid if you don't want to be disappointed

I’ve been using the Advanced Night Repair Eye Concentrate Matrix a few times and I developed irritation and red spots unde my eyes. I will not purchase again this product and I’ll go back to La Roche-Posay serum eye.

If I could give this a negative 0 I would. I made an order and it was sent to the wrong address in Missouri! I called to correct it before it, and was told it was corrected. It ended up being sent to the old address and was never updated! THEN I call back after getting notified of the delivery and they apologized and offered a reshipment, I'm understanding that things happen issues come up. I give the lady the correct address and she confirms it and said I will receive an email soon and ended call. So I give it a couple hours and call back to verify and Another guy says yes she did change address to the correct address. I will get an email. Well it's been two days and I just get an update that my order will be delivered tomorrow! Guess what! ? Too the WRONG OLD ADDRESS SAME AS THE FIRST TIME! I CONFIRMED WITH MULTIPLE PEOPLE THE RIGHT ADDRESS AND FOR THE SECOND TIME I WONT GET MY ORDER! OVER $200. UPS stated they cannot do anything. The shipper would have to. I'm beyond upset. It's one thing to happen once but after giving the correct address and multiple agents repeating the correct address back and it's still going to an old address smh the ball is dropped big time. 😔 I'm so bummed

I bought the Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Supercharged Gel Eye cream around 4-5 weeks ago and afew days after using it I developed a red rush under my eye which was egzema like but very painful. I took the cream back to the Estée Lauder at boots wood green today and explained the situation. They refused to refund me or even report the issue or at all bother about the harm this cream has caused me. I have now stopped using this for 10 days and the rush has only improved 50% because of how bad it was!!

I love the brand, but online ordering is a mess and making me reconsider the company. A label was created for my order 10 days ago, but the parcel still hasn’t been picked up. I’ve attempted to reach out to customer service via chat- there was a 10 minute delay in response from the CS agent who had already received my name, email, etc. I don’t have time for 10 min waits between responses. Attempted to call CS, 20 minute wait, I had to disconnect while waiting because, again, who has the time? I just want what I paid for, in entirety. I received one part of my order, but the bulk of it is just sitting out there, or lost. I guess I’ll have to try and find time again tomorrow, in-between working extra hours and caring for my family. I’m so aggravated. I don’t recommend shopping through their website whatsoever. Go through Ulta, go to a store, but stay away from Estée Lauder’s e-commerce site.

I bought some night serum in Singapore. But it feels different to the sample I got in New Zealand. I put some serum on, and checked my face and it’s like no different. Has anyone else found that.

Ordered a named day delivery and expected the order to arrive with a time frame. Unfortunately it never did but the two calls I have made today to Estée Lauder was so helpful, professional and could understand that when we have family pressures we can’t wait in with no idea of the timeframes. The staff I spoke to rang me back as agreed and were really exceptional. Thank you. The order arrived eventually but I had to go out to see my elderly mum and the Evri guy was lovely and brought his little daughter even though it was after 5.15pm.
