I saw an ad for skincare set for 5 items which included , day cream 50 ml and night cream 50 ml However when I received the package Day cream was 50 ml but night cream was 15 ml So I called customer care , the agent was not very helpful , so I emailed them with screenshots of that ad. After one week of replying back and forth , I still have had no results However when I went back to that same site , I noticed they have corrected their error Night cream 15 ml 😂which is fine but I am surprised at their response to my emails , how cheap can Estée Lauder be with customers for their error . I do want to add today February 27 that after email correspondence for 10 days, I got a very positive response from customer service. Apologetic and kind words ! Am truly happy as I didn’t want to have any negative feelings towards one of my fav products I have been using since last 40 years ! Thank you again customer service team for correcting your error !

I used to buy Easta Laurda make up products then I noticed a lot of them made me break out in a nasty rash / frog eyes and burning tongue I was told by their staff selling me the products that they where safe for everyone and did NOT contain STERAIC ACID NOR MAGNESIUM STEARATE Which I’m allergic to and if swallowed can be life threatening more fool I for believing them as all their products have these cheap dangerous bulking agents in them but they deny it when selling you them I purchased sumptuous extreme mascara lately and broke out in frog eyes burning tongue etc I then find out they lied again it seems you should always go on line and get the ingredients list before purchasing any of their products people making Steraic acid and magnesium stearate were like spacesuits and if they get a rip in their suits they have to be washdown and detoxified… that is how dangerous. This bulking agent is but it’s cheap for them to buy it’s a man made poison and should never be used and tablets or make up. If you find you are having problems with their make up you probably have an allergy to this ingredient be warned and stay clear 

Ordered $100 of product. Estee shipped via OnTrac. I had never heard of them. They get 97% 1 of 5 reviews (over 1400) here on Trustpilot. Packages never show(ed). I didn't know this until I received tracking info. Estee said to contact shipper. Like they haven't heard of these issues. OnTrac delivered to the wrong address. Sent a photo of the package at a porch nowhere near my address which I couldn't find and OnTrac has no support. Estee was no help whatsoever. Will not order from them again. I've been dealing with this for over 5 weeks and having to go through my bank to get the issue resolved. Obviously a time consuming hassle.

Myself and a friend had a recent make over at the Estee Lauder in Boots at the Trafford Centre Manchester, we were served by Terri and Nicola, they were exceptional, great expertise, knew all the products, and gave us the looks we wanted. Can't thank them enough. We purchased various products without feeling pressured to, would highly recommend and will return. Thank you Terri and Nicola.

they claim they test there products but I was one of there guinea pigs and the other 25 of them never even used the products besides we all lied about our health just to make a buck. They are so FAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a problem in my shopping bag and contacted the customer service. Although the customer advisor was trying to be helpful—in her own way—she lacked knowledge about the processes. I asked her to contact the relevant department to double-check her information, which she did, but she returned with incorrect information once again. The department claimed that the promotional gift could not be combined with discounts, but this condition was not mentioned in the promotion's terms. The promotion simply mentioned that the gift was based on order value, with no indication that it could not be combined with other discounts - which normally they explicitly state when this is the case. Furthermore, the gift was automatically added to the shopping bag during checkout, which clearly suggested it was valid. The advisor then insisted that the gift would be removed from the shopping bag at checkout—which is absurd! This implies that Estée Lauder is misleading customers by unlawfully removing products from the shopping bag, even though they are visible at checkout. As a loyal Estée Lauder customer since 2000, across various countries I have lived in including Turkey, the USA, the UK, and Spain, I am deeply disappointed by the service I am receiving from Estée Lauder Germany. Going forward, I will likely purchase Estée Lauder products from other vendors such as Douglas or Pieper, as they honor their promotional offers without any issues. I also recommend others do the same to avoid similar issues.
