The ease of making my purchase was the main factor

I received my e- trike yesterday. Some assembly was required but it's easy to put together. Battery was already charged and ready to go. When i got to ride for the 1st time, I went about 5 miles. Nice smooth, comfortable ride. I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend to others.

I can’t really comment. I order a trike but have no idea when it will even ship. When I tried it inquire, some rude person replied “ did I not read the ad? “ yes I did know shipping is sometime after 10-31-25 but was hoping for some sort of update. Anyway Im still waiting.

it was very easy to order the E bike online. The website is set up, so that shopping is very simple and allows the consumer to make choices that fit their needs.

Had to make a return, overall customer service was very helpful and informative through the entire process.

Price of a 3 wheeler

Overall I enjoy having the bike. Customer service has also been very helpful, answering all my questions and providing video tutorials of what I needed aid with. Having the bike has cut down my travel time to destinations in half. Though I don’t have one, I recommend getting a bike seat for comfort as it can be rough riding without one. Given its decent speed, it can be a bit of a thrill riding it, but as always, be careful.
