FOR THE MOST PART COMPANY RESPONDED WELL TO MY EMAILS ABOUT SETTING THE SPEED ON MY NEW BIKE.

Got the bike assembled, but the battery will not charge. Customer service went to voicemail. Very disappointed. Also, a couple of the smaller parts were dinged up, scratched, and bent due to poor packaging. In particular, one of the brackets that holds the headlamp was bent to a 90° angle and I had to unbend it.

I have a Rad roadrunner bike that I loved however I changed out the horrible seat and found that I can't reach the ground when I came To a stop. I fell over a few times and then I decided to try the T300 Eskute trike and it works great, the seat didn't work for me so I replaced it with a different seat that is more for my size. The box came in great condition.everything was packed perfectly.however the right parking break had a tiny pin broken off, I texted with customer service and they were absolutely great. They are sending me a new part replacement. I didn't think that the throttle worked but they were very patient with me and helped me to understand how it works and now everything is great. I just finished a 8 mile ride and really enjoyed riding. I would recommend this T300 trike to any short person like me. Or anyone with a balance issue. I love that it came with a basket Large enough for my dog to ride with me. ,5 stars to customer service and support. 5 stars to the T300 trike. And 5 stars for the price. It cost half the price that I paid for my Radrunner bike.

I had a small hole in the box and was concerned about possible damage. I emailed customer service and got a response immediately. They answered my question and offered a choice of solutions quickly. After building the bike, we saw it was not damaged and contained the phone bag ordered. We love the product so far and appreciate the prompt customer service!

I bought the D200 e-bike and it is a very nice bike. It arrived on time and my husband had no problems putting it together. The only problem we had was the light/horn combo. When my husband turned on the light a couple of times the light blew out but the horn still worked. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me out a new light/horn combo. I was very happy with their quick response. I chose to use e-mail to contact them but I did see they also list phone numbers as a way to contact them which a lot of companies do not do. Jenny was the person I was in contact with and I do thank her for all her help with my issue. So far I am happy with my purchase!

The customer service was on point and friendly. The delivery was on time and arrived in perfect condition. The only issue is the product specifications are misleading. My bike came with a 500w rear motor but the ads say peak 1200w. I thought the motor would be bigger. The seat is very very uncomfortable and I will immediately have to purchase an after market one. The brakes feel somewhat unresponsive and squeak bad. Maybe that will change after a break in period. All in all the bike is just cheap. Ad says original price was $999. I paid $ 500 after taxes and honestly it's about a $350 bike at best. I bought the M200. It will work for now but I intend on selling it and buying a higher end bike. It is no where near worth the original price posted. Also if your a shorter person don't buy bikes with 27.5 inch tires. It's alot higher than you think. The ad said riders 5 ft 4 could ride it. I am 5 ft 4 and have to stand on my tip toes. Wish I could have seen and rode it first. I would have bought a better, lower bike with a bigger motor. 500 watt is not enough for hills in my opinion. I am disappointed for sure.
