First: The set up on the bike is way to tall. My 5’ wife can’t sit in the seat and touch the ground. The height of the saddle should have been prominently mentioned. Second: the pedals are impossible to use, the crank it’s back below the seat and should be more forward. As it came, it’s impossible for either one of us to use!

Customer service was prompt and courteous. There was some confusion on my part about the verification process, but they helped me sort it out.

I ordered my bike. I was excited. It arrived about two weeks later, and I am still in the process of putting it together, so far so good. I would recommend ESKUTE.

I bought the V100 e-bike and T300 e-tricycle. Good buying experience. Even though there were some minor issues after purchase was completed, Eskute customer service properly expedited the resolution. Definitely will consider Eskute as my next e-bike purchasing option.
