My trike arrived today in perfect condition. It was packed well with all of the parts carefully wrapped and undamaged. Also, it was exactly what I had ordered. The trike is sturdy and great-looking. Every detail was covered by Eskute to make my purchase a good choice. Right now it is charging and I look forward to using my trike for many years.

Still Waiting. It's been 4 days for someone to return a phone call or email. Upon receiving the t300 and putting everything together (on the maiden ride) found out that the axle and wheel rim were damaged on the rear right side & not ride-able!, this was Thursday afternoon and have yet to receive a call or email or text, (after six calls & messages,) how & when Eskute plans to repair or replace the damaged brand new scooter as soon as possible. And I paid extra for shipping guarantee John Corona 408 West G Street #35 Ontario CA 91762

Hard to give a good review right now because it's my first time doing business with you but I will give a review down the road but don't really know yet.

Easier directions for those who didn’t grow up with computers. The frustration was enough to make me want to send it back but Utube was a much needed help. Response to questions was fast but the “tube” and persistence beat them to the punch. Lol nice bike, it has power, sturdiness, overall great!! 👍 papa
