I received my T300 Pro and it was easy to put together. The directions were clear. The delivery was on the first day of the window dates provided; prompt. My first ride was getting to know the bike. It took a little bit to begin going a little faster but my first ride was about 4 mph. Funny how that seemed so fast that day!! Most things in this world are made for right-handed people. I’m a lefty and it was a bit bumpy at first! The steering was going one way and I went the other way! No spills; just a few fumbles! I was wishing I was 6 years old again and I would learn to ride this so much more quickly! For my first few rides I put the seat and handle bars as low as they would go! Riding it at the right height for me was scary!! I’m learning to ride it just by the power assist for now! I hope to soon raise the seat and handle bars so I can pedal it myself but for now, slow and easy wins the race! I sit high on the bike and by golly I experienced my first bout of senior fear! It felt like it was a long way down!! The bike is beautiful; purple is such an amazing colour. You know it’s good quality just from how it looks. It’s solid and that brings safety and feelings of security. I have been going on a few rides 10 miles or less at a leisurely pace, not in a rush, not in a race. For once I’m ok with people speeding by me. I know my speed will pick up with balance and that it may take a little bit for that to come. It’s been decades since I rode a bike and I’m sure it shows. I’m enjoying this as much as I did when I was a kid. So far I’ve had no issues with the bike that I haven’t been able to handle…a sign of the quality of this bike. I researched bikes for about 8 months before I made a purchase. I reached out to the company support team and the response was prompt and they easily answered my questions and found a solution for me. I’m appreciative of being acknowledged so professionally. If you’re thinking of purchasing one, do your research and know support teams are in place to help you and answer your questions. Make use of them to make sure you’re choosing the right model and the right company that will be there to support you. And get out there and get your rides in!! I hope this helps anyone who is reading it. Don’t forget your helmet!!

UPDATE: I originally gave Eskute 2 stars due to no response for several days to a support request and for their phone system not working properly. I am pleased to say that after reaching out to UK support,they returned my messages and agreed to send out a replacement battery. They also extended my warranty by a month and sent me a free bag. I can't give them 5 stars because of the initial no response, but they did enough that I bought a 2nd bike We purchased an Eskute C200 ebike on May 10, 2026 and were really enjoying it! On June 9, 2026 I sent them an email to customer support informing them that the battery was not charging. After 3 days of no response, I sent them a 2nd email and now a 3rd three days later - all have gone unanswered. Have made 5 phone calls, all unanswered as well. In fact, the automated message says that you can leave a message "after the beep", yet there is no beep so you can not leave a message.

My husband has been riding the bike for a week now and these are his immediate thoughts on the product. Delivery & Assembly: First off, shipping was great—it actually arrived a few days early. Assembly was a breeze and can easily be done by one person. I was able to put it together using just the tools provided in the box plus a few basic tools we already had around the house. The Ride & Pedaling (Without Power): To test it out, I took it on a run to Ace Hardware completely unpowered (with the battery on, but turned off). As a regular bicycle, it’s decent but takes a fair amount of work. You essentially have to pedal the entire time; if you try to build up speed and just cruise, it slows down to a stop pretty quickly. That said, if you ever run out of juice, pedaling is totally manageable to get you home. Pro tip: If you want to use it strictly as a regular ride, you can just take the battery off, and it feels much more in line with a standard, traditional mountain bike. Design & Features: The tires are really nice and feel sturdy. There is also a great, spacious area on the frame if you want to add a basket for carrying items or running errands. Things to Consider: The only real drawback is the weight. Because of how heavy it is, I would not recommend this bike to anyone who has to carry it up more than a single step to store it each day. If you have stairs, look elsewhere or be prepared for a serious workout. Overall, it's a solid, well-built e-bike that delivers on its promises, just make sure you have a ground-level place to park it!
