Eskute USReviews of eskute.com

Simon from Eskute was awesome. I explained to him how I cant seem to get my son's ebike v100 back together after fixing a flat tire. The nuts just wouldn't tighten for me after many attempts. He said the axle was damaged. Without any other questions he sent me a whole new hub motor and axle all complete and ready to put on ebike. I cant explain how happy I am. It has been a pleasure Simon and I also bought a Eskute mountain bike to ride with my son. Eskute fans for life

great bike really fun to ride

Had a issue out of my display on my rtx not turning on , so I reached out to them , I spoke with Jade, and she had me do some trouble shooting, sent in videos and pictures The next day they emailed back and had already ,shipped me a new one . Great customer service. Thanks Jade!

Suri was a great help through the confusion of the missing phone bag, wasn’t aware they’d ship separate but everything is resolved and they are so friendly and kind to work with! I would recommend the bike because of its durability but also because of the customer service along with it! I would give 10/5 stars if I could! Best purchase I made in 2026.

I worked with this refund request with a few agents I remember Tina, and Avery there could have been more but everyone was very nice, friendly, professional, and helpful even though the item was defective they were concerned and really wanted to please me ,so I'm very grateful for their help and support also I got my full refund, thanks A.R 😊

Amazing customer service and quick responses!

All around great product, unfortunately had some cosmetic damages that were immediately addressed by the Eskute dept. They replaced damaged parts and also gave me a $20 credit for further purchases. I just ordered a second E-Dirt Bike! Good stuff!!

Bella is an amazing service representative. She was timely, knowledgeable, thorough, attentive, empathetic, and solutions based. She more than took care of all of my issues and did so to my complete satisfaction. She was a pleasure to work with.
