Driving from Toronto to New York city, bought the esim prior to driving down had everything setup for when we crossed the border and about an hour after entering the USA data stopped working. We stopped for lunch, reset our phones turned the esims off and on and nothing. We used a total of 52 MB and it stopped working. During our trip, I tried turning on esim4travel again, and it still would not connect. To solve my problem the first day I bought the NOMAD Esim that I had used last year which worked flawlessly and this year it worked flawlessly again. Don't waste your money on something that is so cheap it won't even work in the city.

16/8/2024 Esim4 salvo cambiamenti per ora di solo 2 stelle in quanto ho comprato il pacchetto Europa, il prezzo sembra buono, ma la pecca che sembra che ha scatti anticipati da circa 40 MB a connessione, fate attenzione al consumo dati scala veloce, peccato perché pagarla con pay pal è stato facile altrettanto istallarla, suggerisco che le connessioni internet venissero conteggiate singolo kbyte, così esim4 sarebbe il top. Aggiornamento In data 23/8/2024 ho riprovato a collegarmi e a fare un semplice speed test di circa 15 secondi, mi ha consumato esattamente 134,35 MB, quindi presumo che è una esim che consuma dati a scalare scatti anticipati molto importanti in MB. Riproverò entro il 16/9/2024 per eventuali aggiornamenti.

Really bad internet speed, and not to mention constant disconnections (every few minutes), so you're unable to watch any kind of video content. Have used their e-sim, in Bosnia & Hercegovina, at the begining of August, 2024.

Using it in the US. Has a download rate of below 1 Mbit/s (!) and is therefore hardly usable. Roots all traffic over some Polish server. Complete rubbish.

Schreibe diese Bewertung mit 3G aus dem Urlaub. Die Seite alleine hat gerade 10 Minuten zum Laden gebraucht. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen für Istanbul/ Türkei. Empfang und Geschwindigkeit sind der letzte Dreck. Hatte bei 6€ (5 Tage/1GB pro Tag) keine hohen Erwartungen, aber sowas ist echt unfassbar

eSIM für die USA für drei Geräte gekauft mit jeweils 20 GB. Die Aktivierung lieft problemlos, aber bei Ankunft keine Daten. Erst am nächsten Morgen gab es Datennetz. Leider ist das Netz teils enorm lahm, auch in Großstädten. 150ms Ping und größer. Downstream teils im kBit-Bereich und ganz selten gab es mal 30 MBit/s. Oft, über die ganze Zeit, immer wieder Probleme und Apps sagen einem, man sei offline, trotz vollem Empfang und 5G und LTE. Spontane App-Downloads im niedrigen Hundert-Megabyte-Bereich wie 200 MB dauern eine halbe Stunde. Durch den polnischen Anbieter geben einem Suchmaschinen dann Ergebnisse für Polen anstatt den USA. Es gab immer mal wieder Internet, aber selbst mit Offline-Google-Maps-Karten schwierig, weil man Connectivity hat, aber so lahm, dass man eher mobile Daten abschaltet, um sie zu nutzen. Nachtrag vom 21.8.2024: Nach der Antwort unkompliziert den Support kontaktiert und 20 min später wurde das gesamte Geld zurückerstattet.

Very bad connection… I’m using it in Canada and the speed is very slow and sometimes without connection… I used to use Airalo and the service is much better and the the connection is better and faster.

We were in Bośnia e sim was working only with ITIM Network, which wasn't awaliable everywhere. In some place was working exelent, in another part of country did not work at all.
