Great experience
I used their eSIM on my trip to Bermuda and it works great. I had 5G and 4G signal all over the island. Their prices were very fair and competitive, I found them using eSIMdb (with a 10% off coupon). The only downside I found was the latency was variable - although I didn’t find this to impact the quality of the signal. I made some WhatsApp calls using it and I found it to be fine. Would recommend! I will be using them again on my next trip.

eSim for Madagascar via the Orange network
I bought an eSim for Madagascar. Service provided by Orange. Very poor availability of data, only in the neighbourhood of big cities I got a reliable connection. Other people traveling with me bought a local physical SIM card from YAS, which assured connection almost everywhere on the island. I just got contacted by eSIM4Travel and they have refunded the whole amount I paid. This is a nice compensation but I would of course have preferred a good service during my holidays

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that you had an unsatisfactory experience. The plan you purchased is 5GB, and you have currently used 2.85GB. Since connectivity depends on the coverage of local telecom networks, the quality of service may vary depending on the provider and region. This is determined mainly by the local telecom operators. That said, we sincerely apologize for your experience. If you would like to request a refund, please contact us through one of the following channels, and we will be happy to assist you: Email: [email protected] Live Chat (bottom right corner of our website): https://www.esim4travel.com Thank you for your understanding and support. We look forward to hearing from you. Wishing you all the best,💓💓 Giny @esim4travel

Affordable eSIM for traveling!
Great prices for eSIM when traveling, I've had no problems with connection or speed, my device was compatible and was easy to just copy the code and install the eSIM, worked just fine in Turkey, signal never dropped once for me. I would recommend the service to anyone who is traveling! :)

💓 — Giny @esim4travel

immediate and easy refund
very easy process to understand and download. I however realized that my phone was locked and couldn't use the esim after I had already bought it. But I used the chat bot and they cancelled my order and sent a refund in under 5 minutes. Very helpful and smooth.
