No connection right after you land is a rough way to start a trip. Every time that happens is one more case we look at to figure out why, and good to hear the second attempt got things running again quickly. Your friends at eSIM.dog

Great speeds and a perfect score, in five words. Thank you for keeping it that simple. Your friends at eSIM.dog

Three orders for the same route is a real pattern, not a one-off, and it tells us more than a single review could. The breakout choice rarely gets a mention, so thank you for calling it out specifically. Your friends at eSIM.dog

Hi Hamit, We’re truly sorry for the experience you had. We understand how important a reliable internet connection is while travelling, and how stressful it can be to suddenly find yourself offline when you depend on it. Our product should make travelling easier, create positive experiences and help you enjoy your journey. We regret that it did not hold up the way you needed it to. One thing worth knowing about unlimited plans: they carry a daily high-speed allowance. Once a day's allowance is used, the speed drops for the rest of that day while the connection itself stays up, and in a busy city that can feel like being cut off entirely. If that is what you ran into, a plan with a larger high-speed allowance behaves differently. We would like to make things right and have an opportunity to earn back your trust. Please email our support team at [email protected] from the same email address you used to place your order and mention your Trustpilot review. Once the order is verified, our team will take care of the next steps. Warm regards, Your friends at eSIM.dog

A year in, and still nothing to complain about. That's the kind of report that means more to us than a first-week review ever could. Your friends at eSIM.dog
