The connection was good and had no problems using data in multiple different cities in Thailand. Thank you!

Never got it working. Spent over 2h standing by a slow public wifi and trying to apply all imaginable settings. The good news is that the refund process was surprisingly easy, but my first day in a foreign country was ruined by hunting for free wifis and not being able to connect, applying settings, restarting, applying, restarting, etc

Advertising with prices without tax is not cool and also against European laws. They should really be honest.
Response from eSIM.dogOct 18, 2026
Hi D V, We’re sorry that our prices shown without tax came across as misleading. Tax may be added at checkout because the amount depends on your country. This can make the final total higher than the plan price shown earlier. Please email [email protected] from the email address used for your order and mention your Trustpilot review. We’ll look into the price you saw and work with you to put this right. Warm regards, Your friends at eSIM.dog

I’v used different eSIM providers. This is one of the best, it’s simple and easy. No need to make an account if I just use gmail. Other eSIM companies usually require you to give your passport information with China, HK and Taiwan but I bought eSIM called 5 Asian countries or something and when I visited China and Taiwan, I didn’t need any of that and I was pleased. Also, when you connect through wifi in China, all those western apps won’t work but thanks to this eSIM, everything like YouTube and Insta worked in China without giving my info. If you care about your privacy especially in those regions, probably this is the best one.

I bought an eSIM to use in Zimbabwe, but unfortunately, it wouldn’t connect when I arrived. I contacted customer service straight away and, after trying several settings suggested by the AI responses, I was still unable to get it working. That’s when Elliot stepped in to help, despite it being late at night over the weekend. He was extremely helpful, patient and persistent, and managed to get me up and running. It was a stressful situation, but Elliot went above and beyond to resolve the issue, and I really appreciate the excellent service he provided. Based on my experience with Elliot and the support I received, I would happily use eSIM Dog again and would recommend them to others.
