In June 2024, I purchased a 10x20 pergola from wayfair and wanted to order shutter walls. Wayfair sent wrong shutter walls and needed help from Erommy. No customer service or response from erommy. Wayfair couldn't reach any persons but left emails and opened a case. 4 weeks later And several attempts contacting Erommy and no response. I have never heard of a company without contact phone numbers. Seems a bit sketchy. My order number is from wayfair is 4245677341. My wayfair order is 10 digits, not 9 digits. Hopefully someone will get help from this post. I didn't. Mr.Rutledge

I recently purchased a 12 X 12 gazebo from Wayfair. In the process of putting the gazebo together, I damaged one of the legs. I would like to speak to someone regarding purchasing a replacement part. I emailed and got no responce. Update. I have reached out to Wayfair where I purchased the product. Wayfair has reached out to Erommy twice about this and hasn’t received a resolution.

In the middle of assembly I realized a piece was missing. I sent several emails asking for the missing piece to be sent to me with no response. Very frustrating because there is no customer service phone number.

I ordered a unit from Amazon and want to return it because it is too tall for my house but I can't reach anyone to ask questions about the return. I have left several emails asking someone to call me or send me a number so I can speak to someone. Not sure how I am supposed to return 4 boxes weighing between 80lbs amd 110lbs.

The parts arrived quickly. I was able have it installed within three days. One part of my order arrived a day late, but it was the fault of FedEx driver and delivered the next day. One corner part was damaged but will be unnoticeable to the new part arrive. I waiting to see how the product last through the winter months. I do think the anchors could have been longer.

Been trying for a week to get in touch with someone about a missing piece. They responded ONE time finally saying its $130. I am unsure if this means for both A1 parts or $130 each, but no one will respond to clarify .... But the gazebo is brand new and why do I need to pay for a missing pieces? AND WHY IS THERE NO PHONE NUMBER or response on emails?!

shipping was a bit of an adventure. several delays and destroyed/unreadable shipping labels having to be replaced, and long holiday weekend made for some anxiety. the RV cover shipped in 5 pieces with the final shipment scheduled to arrive today 9/3, fingers crossed there are no more delays...i haven't opened the boxes yet. further review of the actual product forthcoming. Erommy is easy to deal with so far. they were prompt to reply to my inquiry regarding a discount I had overlooked when ordering. I actually got a larger discount than I was expecting, so quite happy there.

Has good quality goods and you received them in a timely manner.
