I purchased a 5 piece patio set on May 11th of this year. The table is warping in the middle. I contacted the company early August to advise them of the issue. I was advised on 8/14/24 to send in photos by email which I sent to them on the same day. I have attempted to contact them by email using the address that I was provided with numerous times since then and have been ignored every time. I don't understand how customers can be ignored in the manner. If I did this at my job I would be fired. I will never buy anything from this company again.

Dissatisfaction with the service I’ve received regarding my recent purchase. The instructions provided were extremely limited, and specific details were nonexistent, making the assembly process challenging. I have emailed multiple times seeking additional information, assistance with assembly, and to report damage that occurred upon delivery. Unfortunately, I have not received any response to my inquiries.

We finally got the help we needed to install this, and we were expecting it to be as easy as advertised. However, there are so many damaged pieces that are just torn up. This damage didn't happen in transit; they were packed that way. We had to spend so much time separating slide pieces that had been crunched in, unbending and straightening pieces, hammering out jagged edges, etc. I emailed Erommy (including several pictures of the damaged pieces) because there is literally no phone number for customer service anywhere. For more than $3k, this shouldn't have been the case.

Have still not received the entire gazebo. How can you get three out of four shipments. You only make certain parts , not the whole gazebo!!!
